Many people in Qanon circulate this before/after satellite picture, claiming that Trump has expanded Gitmo, in preparation for thousands of prisoners.
This is a false claim, as everything in the after photo was built by 2008:
Upgrades are taking place at Gitmo, but none will increase prisoner capacity... they are all for support facilities, and most are at the permanent naval base.
Many people aren't aware that the naval base at Guantanamo Bay is fairly substantial, with around 6000 people living there.
(As a side note, Barack Obama wanted to close the detention center, but he had no desire to close the GB naval base, and hundreds of millions of dollars in upgrades were approved for it at the end of his term.)

As far as prisoner cells, there is only a request to replace the aging camp 7 (15 capacity), but it has not been approved, and is doubtful to be approved, now that the Democrats control the House.
The detention center currently houses 40 inmates, and according to the top military officers stationed there, they could currently take on 40 more prisoners, with a maximum capacity of ~200.
